                                                      NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS

Nominations for the office of President, Executive Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President and seven (7) Executive Board members will be accepted from the floor at the September 5^th 2017 membership meeting at CWA Local 3808,  2911 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN.  Any member in good standing may nominate the office of President, Executive Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer and Vice-President, provided the nominee is a member in good standing and agrees to be a nominee. The nominations of a person for the office of President, Executive Vice-President, Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer shall also constitute the nomination of the same person as a delegate to all conventions and District Meetings, in which the Local has an interest, held during the term of office for which the election is being conducted.  Executive Board Members must be members of and be nominated by the membership for the Local from their respective areas.  The term of the office will run for three years beginning December 5^th 2017.

                                                                    NOTICE OF ELECTION

The election of President, Executive Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President and seven (7) Executive Board Members of C.W.A. Local 3808 will be conducted by machine in Clarksville, Dickson, Lebanon, Murfreesboro and Nashville, TN. Voting will take place October 2^nd-7^th,2017.  Executive Board Members must be members of and be elected by the membership of the Local from their respective Areas

A vote cast for the candidate for the office of President, Executive Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer and Vice President  shall also constitute a vote for such candidate to serve as a delegate to all C.W.A. Conventions and District Meetings held during the terms of office for which the election is being conducted and in which the Local 3808 has an interest.

Absentee ballots are available to any member in good standing who qualifies per Article XIV, Section 2, Paragraph 6 of CWA Local 3808 Bylaws.
