by CWA 4900 District 4 / 1 day ago AT&T received a major tax cut in 2017 and promised to invest capital of at least 1 billion dollars. With that, CEO Randall Stephenson stated this would create approximately 7000 hard hat jobs! Since receiving those tax cuts, AT&T has cut more jobs and closed several call centers.
